KMF not only polished the 6 section framework but also put a DA, random orbital finish on the continents, which were formed from 3/16" stainless steel sheet. KMF has worked with Poblocki on many others signs including Trump Plaza (Chicago), MGM Grand (Las Vegas) and Disneyland (California). |
Installed in Jan. 2010 in front of the Willis Towers in Chicago, this 25' diameter globe was made by the Poblocki Sign Co. entirely out of 316 stainless steel.
